We cover every SEBI-registered IPO on NSE and BSE, including mainboard and SME IPOs. Our GMP tracker is updated daily using consensus data from multiple grey market sources. Subscription data is updated live during the bidding window.

How We Collect Data
Grey Market Operators
GMP data is sourced daily from multiple grey market operators across India. We cross-reference at least 2–3 sources to publish a consensus figure, reducing the impact of outlier quotes.
Exchange Filings
Price bands, lot sizes, issue sizes, open/close dates, and allotment dates are sourced directly from BSE, NSE, and SEBI DRHP/RHP filings. We verify against the official exchange IPO pages.
Subscription Data
Subscription status (QIB, NII, Retail, Total) is updated after each trading session during the IPO subscription window, sourced from BSE/NSE bid data.
Editorial Review
All IPO reviews and blog content are written by the IPOLyst editorial team. Every article is reviewed for factual accuracy before publishing. We cite SEBI filings, exchange data, and company DRHP documents.

About GMP Data — Important Note
Grey Market Premium (GMP) is an informal, unregulated market that operates outside the official stock exchange system. GMP figures are indicative only — they reflect what buyers and sellers in the informal market are willing to pay or accept for IPO shares before they list officially.
IPOLyst sources GMP from multiple grey market operators and publishes a consensus figure. GMP can change rapidly — sometimes multiple times in a single day — and is not a guarantee of actual listing price or performance. We label all GMP data clearly as "indicative" throughout the platform.
Historical data suggests GMP has a directional accuracy of roughly 65–70% for listing day outcomes. It is best used as one signal among many — not as a standalone buy/sell decision.
