The week of July 28 – August 3, 2026 brings a packed primary market calendar. Three mainboard IPOs — Manipal Health Enterprises, Juniper Green Energy, and MV Electrosystems — collectively seek to raise over ₹11,365 crore, making this one of the busiest IPO weeks of 2026. Alongside fresh openings, Dalal Street also sees seven listings including the eagerly awaited Indo-MIM, Lohia Corp, and Xtranet Technologies debuting on July 30. Here is your complete IPO week preview.

IPOs Opening This Week: 3 Mainboard Issues

1. Manipal Health Enterprises IPO — ₹9,275 Crore Mega Issue

  • Open Date: July 29, 2026 | Close Date: July 31, 2026
  • Price Band: ₹560 – ₹590 per share
  • Lot Size: 25 shares | Minimum Investment: ₹14,750 (retail)
  • Issue Size: ₹9,275.22 crore (Fresh Issue ₹8,000 cr + OFS ₹1,275.22 cr)
  • Listing Date: August 5, 2026 (NSE & BSE)
  • Allotment Date: August 3, 2026
  • Current GMP: +₹25 (+4%)

Manipal Health Enterprises is the flagship healthcare brand of the Manipal Group — one of India's most recognised hospital chains with over 9,000 operational beds across 33 hospitals in India and overseas. The ₹9,275 crore issue is the largest IPO of the week and among the biggest healthcare listings of 2026. The fresh issue component of ₹8,000 crore will be used for debt repayment and capital expenditure to expand its hospital network. With a current GMP of +₹25 (+4%), market expectations are cautiously optimistic — reflecting the company's brand value but also the premium valuation at ₹590 per share.

Manipal Health competes directly with Apollo Hospitals, Fortis Healthcare, and Max Healthcare — all of which trade at significant earnings multiples. Investors should note that at the upper price band, the issue is priced aggressively, and near-term listing gains may be limited. However, for long-term investors, a Manipal Health allocation could be a quality healthcare portfolio addition.

2. Juniper Green Energy IPO — ₹1,800 Crore Renewable Play

  • Open Date: July 30, 2026 | Close Date: August 3, 2026
  • Price Band: ₹214 – ₹225 per share
  • Lot Size: 66 shares | Minimum Investment: ₹14,850 (retail)
  • Issue Size: ₹1,800 crore (100% Fresh Issue — No OFS)
  • Listing Date: August 6, 2026 (NSE & BSE)
  • Allotment Date: August 4, 2026
  • Current GMP: ₹0 (Grey market yet to price in)

Juniper Green Energy is a renewable energy company with a growing portfolio of solar and wind power projects across India. The ₹1,800 crore issue is entirely a fresh issue — meaning all proceeds go directly into the business with no promoter exit via OFS. The company plans to use the funds for debt reduction and capacity expansion as India pushes toward its 500 GW renewable energy target by 2030.

The absence of OFS is a positive signal — promoters are not cashing out, and the capital raise is growth-oriented. With no grey market premium recorded yet, the street is in a wait-and-see mode. Given India's strong renewable energy tailwinds, the issue could see stronger subscription as bidding progresses. Anchor investor pricing on July 29 will be a key signal to watch.

3. MV Electrosystems IPO — ₹290 Crore Electrical Solutions Play

  • Open Date: July 30, 2026 | Close Date: August 3, 2026
  • Price Band: ₹400 – ₹425 per share
  • Lot Size: 34 shares | Minimum Investment: ₹14,450 (retail)
  • Issue Size: ₹290 crore
  • Listing Date: August 6, 2026 (NSE & BSE)
  • Allotment Date: August 4, 2026
  • Current GMP: +₹75 (+18%)

MV Electrosystems is an electrical and automation solutions company catering to infrastructure, industrial, and utilities sectors. Despite being the smallest of the three mainboard IPOs this week, it is the most actively priced in the grey market — with a GMP of +₹75 (+18%) suggesting strong retail enthusiasm. The QIB allocation of 75% indicates this is positioned as an institutional-grade offering despite its smaller size.

The +18% GMP on MV Electrosystems is notable and suggests the market expects a solid debut. Investors keen on India's infrastructure and electrical equipment theme may find this an interesting allocation at ₹425. However, smaller issue sizes can also lead to higher volatility on listing day — both on the upside and downside.

IPO Listings This Week: 7 Stocks Debuting on NSE & BSE

Seven companies are scheduled to list on the stock exchanges this week, led by the most-watched IPO of July 2026 — Indo-MIM.

July 30, 2026 — Triple Listing Day

Indo-MIM Limited (Mainboard) — GMP: +₹190 (+39%) | Issue Price: ₹485 | Est. Listing: ~₹675

Xtranet Technologies Limited (Mainboard) — GMP: +₹10 (+8%) | Issue Price: ₹127 | Est. Listing: ~₹137

July 30 is the headline listing day of the week. Indo-MIM — the world's largest Metal Injection Molding company — enters with one of the strongest GMP signals of the year at +₹190 (+39%), suggesting an estimated listing around ₹675 against its issue price of ₹485. Lohia Corp and Xtranet Technologies, both listing the same day, carry more modest grey market premiums of +2% and +8% respectively, pointing to near-par or mild-positive debuts.

  • Shree Balaji (Mala) Textiles (SME) — Listing July 29 | GMP: +₹13 (+19%)

The SME segment adds two more listings to watch — Shree Balaji (Mala) Textiles with a +19% GMP leads the pack among smaller issues. Cube Highways Trust InvIT, an infrastructure investment trust, lists on August 3 with a near-par GMP, consistent with the typically stable returns expected from InvITs.
